If you no longer have access to that email, contact support@jjgames.app with your registered mobile number and CNIC details to verify ownership and reset your password manually.

Accounts lock automatically after several failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If the account remains locked, or you believe it was locked due to a self-exclusion or security flag, email support@jjgames.app for assistance.

Contact support@jjgames.app to request contact detail changes. For security reasons, these updates require identity verification — have your CNIC or NICOP details ready. Changes typically process within 1 business day.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required before processing larger withdrawals. You'll need to submit a copy of your CNIC or NICOP. KYC takes 1–3 business days once documents are submitted. Most players only do this once. You can start playing and making smaller deposits and withdrawals before KYC is complete.

Deposits

JJ Games accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are instant. IBFT transfers typically arrive the same day. There are no fees charged by JJ Games on deposits — though your payment provider may have their own charges.

The minimum deposit at JJ Games is Rs 500. There is no maximum limit for deposits, though large transactions may require additional verification as part of our anti-money laundering compliance. All deposits are processed and held in PKR.

Withdrawals

Log in to your JJ Games account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method — the same one you deposited with, in most cases.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals typically arrive within 10 minutes after approval. IBFT bank transfers take 1–2 business hours during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer while identity checks are completed.

The minimum withdrawal at JJ Games is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum, though larger withdrawals may require additional KYC verification. You can only withdraw funds from your real money balance — bonus balance must meet wagering requirements before it converts to withdrawable real money.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements on the account, a withdrawal amount that triggers additional security review, or a banking delay outside JJ Games' control. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 hours and none of these apply, contact support@jjgames.app with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawals can only be cancelled while they are in "Pending" status, before they have been processed. Log in to the Cashier section, find the pending withdrawal, and select "Cancel." Once a withdrawal is marked "Processing" or "Approved," it cannot be reversed. Contact support@jjgames.app immediately if you need to cancel urgently.

Bonuses & Promotions

After registering your JJ Games account, make your first deposit of Rs 500 or more. The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account — no promo code required unless a specific promotion requires one. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real money. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in bets. Your account dashboard tracks your wagering progress. No — bonus balance must meet its wagering requirements before it becomes withdrawable real money. Your real money and bonus balance are tracked separately in your account dashboard. Once wagering requirements are met, the converted amount moves to your real money balance and is fully withdrawable.

Yes — all bonuses at JJ Games have an expiry date. You can see the expiry for each active bonus in the Promotions section of your account. If a bonus expires before wagering requirements are met, the remaining bonus balance is forfeited. Check expiry dates when claiming a bonus and plan your play accordingly.

When you self-exclude, any bonus balance that hasn't met wagering requirements is forfeited. Your real money balance is preserved and can be withdrawn by contacting support@jjgames.app during the exclusion period. Real money is always yours — only bonus credit is affected.
