Each player may hold only one registered account at JJ Games. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended, pending balances forfeited, and potential permanent banning from the platform.

All deposits at JJ Games are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one has been set by you voluntarily through the responsible gaming tools.

JJ Games processes withdrawals in PKR only, to payment methods that match your registered account. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal — VIP tier players may have higher limits available.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Any active bonus funds must have wagering requirements fully met before the associated real money balance becomes withdrawable. JJ Games reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above Rs 100,000.
If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details provided by you, the funds will be returned to your JJ Games balance within 2 business days. Repeated failed withdrawals due to incorrect details may result in a review requirement. JJ Games is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
JJ Games offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. Where specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.
New players who register and make their first deposit at JJ Games are eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus matches a percentage of the first deposit up to a specified maximum. The exact percentage and maximum amount are published on the promotions page and may change. The welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, and payment method.
All bonuses at JJ Games are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, wagering requirements are set at 30x the bonus amount. Only bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.

Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account unless specified otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided. Your real money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and account suspension.
The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on JJ Games, including cricket betting (PSL, T20 internationals, Tests, ODIs, and other domestic and international fixtures).
JJ Games reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the stake on any selection, or restrict access to certain markets without notice. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet receipt number. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided at JJ Games' discretion.
If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs have been completed (as defined by the applicable governing body), all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that were settled before abandonment stand. If a match is postponed but completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets remain valid. Beyond 72 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.
In-play (live) betting odds update continuously based on match conditions. JJ Games cannot guarantee that odds will remain available for any specific duration. Bets placed at displayed odds are valid provided they are confirmed before the odds change. It is the player's responsibility to confirm bet acceptance before the change occurs.
Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of disputes about official results, JJ Games will delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. JJ Games' settlement decisions based on official results are final.
The following applies to all casino games on JJ Games, including slots, live casino, Andar Bahar, card games, and table games.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round — including disconnection, software error, or power failure — the round in progress may be voided and stakes returned. JJ Games will investigate all reported malfunctions using server-side game logs. Published RTP and game rules for all games are available on the individual game information pages.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and displayed within the game interface. Limits may differ between standard and VIP tables. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through technical means is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Live casino games are managed by trained dealers and subject to the rules specific to each game type — Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, etc. The dealer's actions follow defined protocols. In the event of a dealer error, the hand or round may be voided at the discretion of the pit supervisor, whose decision is final.
